What is the daily efficiency of different coating methods?

"Painting"
Brushing is a method that uses various paintbrushes and brushes dipped in paint to apply it on the surface of products and form a uniform coating. It is the earliest and most commonly used coating method.
The advantage of the brush coating method is that it requires almost no investment in equipment and fixtures, saves coating materials, and generally does not need a covering process. The disadvantages are that its application range is narrow, the efficiency is the lowest, there is a masking effect when the entire board is brushed, the coating consistency is poor, and due to manual operation, defects such as bubbles, ripples, and uneven thickness are prone to occur, which requires a large amount of manpower.
Brushing thickness: 20-40 microns; It can paint 50 to 75 square meters every day.

Roller coating
Roller coating uses a rotating roller as the carrier of the coating. The coating forms a wet film of a certain thickness on the surface of the rotating roller. Then, during the rotation of the rotating roller, it comes into contact with the object to be coated, and the coating is applied to the surface of the object to be coated.
Roller coating thickness: 20-40 microns; Daily coating capacity: 100-250 square meters

Air spraying
Air spraying utilizes the airflow of compressed air passing through the nozzle holes of the spray gun to create negative pressure. This negative pressure causes the paint to be ejected from the nozzle, forming a paint mist. The paint mist is then sprayed onto the surface of the object to be coated, forming a uniform paint film.
Spray thickness: 25-50 microns; Daily coating capacity: 350-750 square meters

High-pressure airless spraying
High-pressure airless spraying refers to a spraying method that uses a high-pressure plunger pump to directly pressurize the paint, creating high-pressure paint that is sprayed out of the gun nozzle to form an atomized gas flow for application on the surface of objects.
Spray thickness: 75-100 microns; Daily coating capacity: 550-1000 square meters

Different construction methods have varying efficiencies, but they cannot completely replace each other. Many times, multiple construction methods are adopted on the same working surface.
